PROJECTS
Deep Learning
Breast IDC classification
CNN-based deep learning models with multiple pooling layer variations to classfiy whole-slide-image patches as IDC positive/negative.
Detected infected class of malarial images using AutoEncoders. The project sorts entire images as either normal or infected.
Implemented a modified version of the Unet model to accurately predict the nuclei segmentation mask
Image Processing
Implemented three different methods to register the H&E and IHC stains and evaluated their performance using ground truth landmarks.
Develop image analysis and ML pipeline for automated detection of sweat rate and chloride concentration from sweat patch images.
Implemented various image processing techniques to segment tumor from liver CT images using ITK toolkit.
